I mean, as the kind of artist who draws you could draw pretty much anything you fancy, but try to go for something that doesn't have too much details, since those immediately vanish in places where your avatar is shrunk down. Also: The forced .webp-conversion om Newgrounds might make it look like ass. You would not believe how much time I had to pour into making my pixel art-avatar picture not look 'too' blurry. .webp is the worst...
As for banner-dimensions: Those are a bit tricky. Some trial and error might be involved.
